Lincoln

Lincoln is where Carlos Castillo Painting is based, so it's where we can get to you fastest for an estimate and where scheduling is most flexible. Most of Lincoln's housing was built in the last twenty-five years, which means a lot of stucco exteriors, builder-grade interior paint, and oak cabinets that are ready for a refresh.

In Sun City Lincoln Hills, we're used to working within HOA color guidelines and keeping the job tidy and quiet. In Twelve Bridges, Lincoln Crossing, and the newer subdivisions off Highway 65, the common request is a full interior repaint to replace flat builder paint with something washable, plus cabinet painting in the kitchen.

Older homes near downtown Lincoln often have wood siding and trim that needs proper scraping, priming, and caulking before paint. We do that prep every time, because in this climate paint on bare wood doesn't last.
