Loomis

Loomis properties tend to be bigger, with more wood: siding, trim, fences, barns, and shop buildings. That's work we like. Wood exteriors get washed, scraped, sanded, spot-primed, and caulked before two coats of paint, because that's the only way it holds up through a Placer County summer.

Long fence runs are common here, and we spray and back-brush stain so it soaks into the grain rather than sitting on the surface. Gates, posts, and both sides can be included.

Inside, Loomis homes range from custom builds to older ranch houses, and we handle everything from a single room to a full interior repaint with cabinets.
